• Degree/Specialty: MD/DO - Oncology
• Setting: Outpatient Clinic and Infusion Center
• EMR: Epic & Beacon
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days
• Support Staff: 3 APPs, Nurses, patient care coordinator
• Patients Per Day: 14-16 patients per provider
• Age range: 18+
• Certifications Required: Active GA License (will consider IMLC), BLS, ACLS, min 2 years as a Medical Oncologist
• BC/BE Requirements: BC required
