Job description

Specialty: Medical Oncology

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Length: Up to 6 months

Shift Details: 2 weeks per month

Schedule: 2 weeks per month (specific days and hours to be determined)

Work Details:

Support Staff: Clinic nurse, nurse navigator, medical assistant, office coordinator, clinical oncology pharmacist
Coverage Needed: 2 weeks per month
Patients per Day: 15
Patient Population: Adults (18+)
Department Description:
EMR: Cerner
Hospital Bed Size: Approximately 90
Special Procedures: None
Skills Required: Experienced in medical oncology
Practice Setting:

Clinic/Private Practice with one week on call per month, including inpatient coverage

Requirements:

Board Certification: Board Certified in Medical Oncology
License: AZ license required (IMLC Only)
DEA: Required
Minimum Experience: 3 years
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
