• Shift/Schedule: Clinic and evening call during the week, 24hr call on weekend
• Open Shifts:
o June 30-July 3 clinic 8a-5p
o July 17-18 Clinic 8a-5p
o July 21-24 Clinic 8a-5p
o August 4-8 clinic 8a-5p
o August 11-14 Clinic 8a-5p
o September forward TBD
• Required: Board Certified, Active ID license or IMLC, DEA, ACLS/BLS
• Travel, lodging and malpractice covered
