July 21/24 Clinic 8a-5p

July 22-23 clinic 8a-5p

August 4-8 clinic 8a-5p

August 11-14 Clinic 8a-5p

Requirements:
• Board Certifications: BC
• State License(s): Prefer Idaho or IMLC
• Certifications: n/a
• CSR Req’d: Yes
• DEA Req’d?: Yes
• Years of Experience Req’d: 2 + years
Credentialing Timeframe: up to 90 days
Willing To License: Yes, but preference is IMLC
