BC/BE in EM, AAPS or IM, FM with 2 Years Exp
Active State Medical License, CDS, & DEA (with TX address)
Board Certified in ABEM OR ABFM OR ABIM (or osteopathic counterparts)
ACLS, ATLS, NRP & PALS, CME past 2 years
6753 Annual Volume
.77 Patients per Hour
Shift times are 7a-7p, 7p-7a
