As an Internal Medicine Physician in our Buffalo practice, you’ll have the opportunity to provide personalized, compassionate care to patients—whom we call Family Members—where it matters most: their homes and communities.

Your Role:

As an Internal Medicine Physician, you’ll provide comprehensive care to our adult Family Members, focusing on prevention, diagnosis, and management of chronic conditions. With an average of 18-21 patients per day, you’ll have the opportunity to build long-term relationships, empowering your patients to take control of their health and live better lives.

What We’re Looking For:

MD, DO, or foreign equivalent.
Board-certified/board-eligible in Internal Medicine.
Ability to obtain a New York State medical license and valid federal/state narcotics certificates.
Strong commitment to community-based care, and the ability to create lasting patient relationships.
