Job description

Primary Care Physician needed in MD:
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: Ongoing
Schedule: 8-10 hours per week
Work details: Responsible for providing the history and physical exams for the patients and will prescribe as needed, run labs, review results and collaborate with the treatment team.

MD License Required
Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 weeks
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
