Position: Internal Medicine Physician
Start Date: ASAP or as soon as credentialed
Assignment Length: 6 months with potential to extend

Credentialing Timeframe:
Typical timeline is 90-120 days

Schedule:
Monday – Friday
Day shift: 8 AM – 5 PM
40 hours per week
Full Time

Patient Type: All adult patients (no pediatric patients)

Experience:
2-3 years preferred
Seeking a doctor who will not need any additional training
Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Epic

Licensing: CT license is required
