Job Description:
Schedule: Four days in clinic covering 36 patient facing hours. The fifth day is a work from home/admin day for at least four hours.
On-call is phone-only and shared in a 1:10 rotation.
Adult and Geriatric patients
14-16 patients per day
EMR: Epic

Compensation:
Annual salary rates
If applicable, a quality and/or productivity bonus may be offered.
Relocation package may be offered to eligible candidates.
