Primary Care Physician needed in Oakland, CA | OPEN TO NEW GRADS!

• Start Date: ASAP, as soon as credentialed
• Practice Setting: Community Health Center (FQHC)
• Patient Population: All ages
• Patient Volume: ~10-15 patients per day
• EMR: Epic
• Support Staff: Fellow MD providers, NPs, LVNs, RNs, Patient Service Representatives, LCSWs, LMFTs

Job Overview:
• We are seeking a Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) for a permanent position in a mission-driven FQHC in the Bay Area. The ideal candidate will be committed to serving a diverse community and have experience or a strong willingness to work with Asian-speaking populations (Cantonese, Vietnamese, Mandarin, etc.). The physician will be assigned to one of two clinic locations and will provide care to patients of all ages. Local candidates (Bay area) are preferred as there is no relocation package available.

Responsibilities:
• Provide primary care to patients of all ages
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including fellow MD providers, NPs, LVNs, RNs, and behavioral health professionals
• Serve a diverse patient population, and utilize interpretation services when needed
• Work in a community health setting, focused on serving underrepresented populations

Requirements:
• Board Certification: Must be Board-Eligible or Board-Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Language Skills: Fluent in Cantonese, Vietnamese, Mandarin, or open to using interpretation services
• Experience: Open to new grads; experience working in FQHC settings preferred

Compensation and Benefits:
• Salary: $251,000 - $256,000, based on experience
• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
