Contract Details:
• Location: Fountain Valley, CA
• Practice Setting: Primary Care Clinic
• Start Date: 3/10/2025, or as soon as credentialed
• Shift/Schedule Details: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM, clock out for 1-hour lunch. 7 hours of patient facing time and 1 hour for admin time.
• Contract Length: 2-months or 3-months

General Requirements:
• State License: Active CA license
• Board-Certification: Preferred, but not required. Must be Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Years of Experience: At least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience
• Life Certifications: BLS
• DEA/CSR: Must have active DEA
• Skills/Procedures Required: Common outpatient IM procedures (biopsies, sutures, I&D)
• Patient Population: Adults only
• Patient Volume Avg. Daily Census: ~18-20 patients per day
• Support Staff: Practice Manager, Front Office Supervisor, Medical Assistants, Patient Care Associates, etc. No supervision of staff required for locum provider.
• EMR: Epic, experience preferred
