EMR: Epic

Work Details:
Patient population: adults or adolescents over 14 years old
Has to be okay with in person or telehealth appointments
Experience in Federally Qualified Health Centers or NCQA recognized patient centered medicical home is preferred
Bilingual in Spanish would be a plus
Work Environment: exposure to infectious diseases

Requirements:
Board Certification or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
License Required: CA license required in hand
DEA: Required
BLS required
Current CA drivers license or ID card required
Credentialing Timeline: 60 days
