Locums providers needed!

Job description

Start Date: August - through Nov
Schedule: M-F 8-5, no OT
BC or BE
3 month assignment potential to extend
Patients per Day 20-24
Support staff: MA and a float, LSW and ASW, RN on site.
EMR is Epic and do have training on EMR.
1st week is 1 patient a week then it ramps up after the first week.
Admin time is built into the schedule all depends on no shows 10-20% can be no shows.
3 week credentialing, Feedback 24-48hours
Travel and Lodging can be provided
