Internal Medicine Physician needed in Clinical setting

Job description

• Setting: Internal Medicine- will consider a strong FP. FTE: 1.0Duties: Typical IM clinic population average age 70. About half male/female with multiple comorbidities, such as diabetes, arthritis, heart disease, chf, etc
• EMR: Cerner
• Patients per Day: Other providers seeing 12-18 a day depending upon complexity
• Support Staff: MA's, MOR's, APP (one in clinic) and RN assigned to clinic
• Reason for Coverage: Provider Retiring
• Deal Breakers? Not board certified
• Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 months
• Board Certified - REQUIRED
• Active CA License - REQUIRED
• BLS - REQUIRED
• Clean malpractice/background - HIGHLY PREFERRED
