What is the Physician role?

Are you a Board Certified Physician that is passionate about leveraging your expertise to enhance patient outcomes, all from the convenience of your home? We are currently searching for a skilled and experienced Physician to join our team and deliver telemedicine services focusing on hypertension and diabetes care for patients seeking personalized treatment. Physicians will handle all intake and onboarding tasks and kickstart Treatment Plans for enrolled members.

What you’ll be doing:

Conduct intakes/onboarding visits via phone or video for new members (patients) to the practice based on telemedicine regulations.
Execute the fundamental tasks required to initiate the Treatment Plan.
Provide care using our care platform: evaluating patient records, diagnosing, and prescribing medication, and making lifestyle recommendations.
Follow best practices and company specific policies for diagnosis, treatment, and documentation.
Answer patient questions related to their treatment and provide high quality counseling
Physicians will also serve as collaborating physicians for any CopilotIQ NPs in the majority of states.

What you’ll bring

Doctor of Medicine degree (MD) and valid license to practice the profession
Board Certification
Specialty in either Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
2 years of post-residency experience
Telemedicine experience and comfort with asynchronous care
At least 10 active state medical licenses, 50 state preferred
