Hospitalist NP/PA Need in San Marcos

Job description

• NP/PA need for night shift starting February 1, 2024
• Average daily census: 44
• Support: Day –2 MD (7a-7p) Night –1 MD telemedicine (7p-7a) + 1 NPPA (7p-7a)
• ICU is open
• ACLS required
• 30+ open shifts per month needed to be covered
• Candidate needs to have current state license/DEA and flexible availability to work blocks of shifts.
• Stringent scheduling requirements working around other jobs will limit opportunity to move forward
• Clean file required for temp privileges to start in February 2024
• Include clinician availability for Feb forward to confirm shifts upon acceptance for assignment. This will allow us to prioritize temp privileges at hospital accordingly given hospital administration pre-approval for Feb
• Travel and lodging can be accomodated
