Job description

• Practice Setting: Clinic
• Schedule: M-F 8am to 4pm (no call, no weekends)
• Average Number of Patients Per Day: 16-18
• Documentation System/EMR: Systoc
• N/A Trauma designation
• APP will be Working Autonomously
• Supervising Physician Present Onsite every other Thursday for now + Available by phone call/zoom.
• Patient Age Demographic: Adults
• ?Sutures
• Workers compensation
• Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days for full. Facility DOES NOT accept commercial insurance.
• Travel Reimbursements:
• Mileage OR Rental Car ONLY
