Infectious Disease Physician Webster (Houston), TX
We are looking for a Board-Certified Infectious Disease consultant to join our Infectious Disease practice in Webster (Houston), TX. We are looking for a physician who would be responsible for providing comprehensive health care and preventative services, be able to work with a wide variety of diagnoses, has experience with wound care, and is also willing to supervise a midlevel provider. We provide consultative services, and the ideal candidate must be willing to travel between different suburbs of Houston.

We specialize in infectious diseases, fungal infections, STDs, and frequently treat cellulitis and osteomyelitis. We provide advanced wound care utilizing the latest techniques and top-quality dressings. Whether patients have a common infectious illness or symptoms that require advanced diagnostics to get to the source of the infection, they receive compassionate and exceptional medical care from our team.
Responsibilities:
• Evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for patients with infectious disease
• Preventive care, consisting of periodic physical examination, immunizations, health education and preventive screening
• Treatment, counseling, and referral for specialties as medically necessary
• Coordination of specialty services for consultation and treatments
• Follow-up with patients as required
• Work cooperatively with physicians, other allied health providers including the nurses and midlevel providers in providing comprehensive team health care
