•The Group, a dynamic growing multi-specialty integrated group practice is seeking a Board Certified Infectious Disease Physician/Medical Director of Epidemiology to practice at the Medical Center in Western Pennsylvania

•A full-time Infectious Disease PharmD
•An Associate Medical Director for Professional Affairs (Supports the Epidemiology and Infection Prevention and Control Programs)
•Board Certified Infectious Disease Physician who is fellowship trained in Infection Control, employed as a Critical Care Physician (supports the Anti-microbial Stewardship Program)
•Director of Quality Excellence, RN, BSN and Certified in Infection Control
•An RN, BSN, CICI Infection Control Program Specialist
•Two full time RN BSN Infection PReventionists
•1.5 FTEs Data Specialists

Qualification Requirements
The selected candidate will be a graduate of an accredited medical school along with successful completion of a residency in Internal Medicine and Fellowship in Infectious Disease. Board certified preferred, Board Eligible required. Possess license to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Membership of IDSA and SHEA preferred. Published in academic medical journals, and Certified in Infection Prevention and Control, experience as a Chairman of Epidemiology and/or Infection Prevention Committee a plus
Experience with Anti-microbial Stewardship, with Electronic Surveillance to capture NHSN HAI, Experience with CPOE, Experience in GME as a Preceptor/Proctor/Mentor
