Join 2 in-practice Infectious Disease Physicians that are focused on providing an affirming, supportive environment for their patients. Practice Specifics:• Exciting opportunity to join an elite team of Infectious Disease physicians and pharmacists working in a comprehensive service model that includes testing, medical care, education, support groups, pharmacy and labs. • Provide Infectious Disease consultation in an established practice, that ensures judgment-free and affordable care for adult patients of a diverse community. • Onsite outpatient clinic. Mon-Fri (8:00am – 5:00pm). • Rotating weekly phone-based call system.
