Job description

• Physician Only will accept FM or IM
• Will Accept BE/BC
• 8am-5pm (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday)
• 16-18 patients/day; adults only
• Routine Primary Care
• Full Support Staff
• Must be licensed in Vermont
• EMR is Epic
• Certifications: BLS
