Shift: 8hr Day Shift (40)
Shift Information: Monday-Friday 0730-1600 are normal business hours for facility. Staff will stay on site until last patient leaves (in event of Drug/Alcohol screening)
On Call, Call Back Requirements: none
Weekend Rotation: none
Holiday Requirements: none
Floating Requirements: Will work primarily at the location that they are contracted to but may be required to float to another location, if comfortable and staffing requires it (approx. 20 minutes driving distance, depending on traffic)
Patient Service Area (PSA): Central Wisconsin

JOB DESCRIPTION
To be minimally qualified for this opening, your candidate MUST HAVE:
1 year MA experience
Active BLS in hand at time of submission
Able to collect vitals, administer vaccines, draw blood (Phlebotomy), administer TB skin test
HIGHLY PREFERRED: MA certification
Clinic has Check in – (2) Exam Rooms; Drug Screen room; Audio/Spirometry room/Lab rooms.
Patient Types: All Employment Related/OSHA required to include but not limited to: New Hire Physical, DOT (Department of Transportation) physical, Worker’s Comp/Injury Treatment, Hearing Tests, Drug Screens, Breath Alcohol Screening, Surveillance exams, TB skin tests, Travel Clinic – out of country Travel requirements
Charting System: EPIC & Paper charting, Breath Alcohol machine, Titmus Vision Screening machine, Otoscope
Supervisor will work in staffing as needed; will also have 1 tech. Lab personnel available for difficult sticks but staff will attempt prior.
Will receive UP TO 2 days of unit/facility orientation (based on skillset) then will be expected to work independently in role. Free parking on site.
