Pay Rate: $40-50/hr on W2
3 month contract (extension if doing well)
Description:
Job duty Information (Job title, # of positions, special equipment, skills etc):

**** Required certifications: MI RT licensure (must have in hand prior to start date), RRT, NRP, BLS

** must live an hour away from facility.

3 total: 2 dayshift, 1 nightshift

Location/locations: HDVCH NICU/PCCU

Shift: 0630-1900 (day) and 1830-0700 (night)

Hours: 36 per week

Shift length: 12 hours

Weekend rotation: every other

On call: NA
