Job description

• Physician Only will accept FM, IM, or Hospitalist
• Will Accept BE/BC
• Schedule Options: Day Shift: 7a-5p or Swing Shift: 12p-10p or Night Shift: 7p-7:30a
• (13-15 patients on day shift) (6-7 admits on Swing Shift) (average 6 admits on Night Shift)
• Routine Primary Care
• Support staff and could work with APP depending on which shift
• Must be licensed in Vermont
• EMR is Epic
• Certifications: ACLS
