4 PERM Hospitalist Needed in FL

Job description

Locations: Ocala, Sebring, & Tampa

Start: ASAP

Sebring - 12 hour days

Tampa 12 hour nights

Ocala - 8-hour days or

Ocala 12-hour nights

Description:• 7 on/7 off
• Will be working with 2 APPs during each shift
• Avg admissions: 12-18
• APPs help with the floor calls
• RVUs: 520 for monthly, conversion threshold of 18
• Sign on Bonus




• Model 1 (15-16 day): annual salary, RVU bonuses 533 with a conversion factor of 18, Quality bonuses

• Model 2 (18 day): annual salary, RVU bonuses 635 with conversion factor of 18, Quality bonuses

• Sign on Bonus: Yes

• Quality Bonus: paid out quarterly

• RVUs: Average is 1,500-3,000 - census dependent - 3,000-5,000 additional per month

• Extra shifts: Eligible to earn extra additional money when picking up additional shifts

• No procedures/codes required

• Open ICU/semi closed, but only round there if your patient is admitted

• Intensivist on staff
