About the clinician's workday

Clinicians will provide inpatient hospitalist coverage during day shifts on an on-site basis, serving as day rounders on a 7 on/7 off schedule with call coverage required three times per week. Responsibilities include rounding on an adult patient population with a census of 21-25 patients per clinician. The facility provides EMR training and a shadow shift orientation for incoming locum clinicians to ensure a structured transition into the clinical environment.
