• Schedule:
o 5/27 – 8-hour shift
o 5/29 - week night call (8p-8a)
o 6/2 - week night call (8p-8a)
o 6/3 – 8-hour shift
o 6/6 (8am)- 6/9 (8am) – 24-hour call
o 6/9 - week night call (8p-8a)
o 6/17 – 8-hour shift
o 6/18 - week night call (8p-8a)
• Support staff: 1 app 1 RN 1 MA
• Amount of coverage needed per month: Varies
• Patients per day: 15-18
• Patient population/age: 18yr and older
• Department description: Hematology/Oncology Clinic
• EMR: EPIC
• Special procedures: no
• Practice Setting: Clinic
• Requirements: Board Certified, Active OH License or IMLC, DEA, 1 year experience
• Travel, lodging and malpractice covered **Drive in Candidates will Interview first
