Shifts/Schedule Expectations: M – F Days, 8 - 4:30p

· Call Schedule/Responsibilities: None

· PPD/Census: 10 - 16

· Number of Providers Per Shift & Support Staff: RN, CMA, Schedulers

· Procedures Required/Preferred: Benign hematology and oncology

· EMR: Epic

• 30 day credentialing
• ILMC providers accepted
