Locums Hematology/Oncology Need in Kentucky!

Job description

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Length: 3-6 months (preference for at least 6 months, potentially until July 2025)

Shift Details:
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
40 hours per week (100% outpatient clinic)

Schedule:
Monday - Friday
Will consider part-timers with at least two weeks per month availability

Work Details:
Focus: Outpatient clinic
Support staff:
Another MD (3-4 days)
2 APPs (1 experienced, 1 newer to Oncology)
Patients per day: 14-16 on average
Patient population: Primarily ages 40-70, no patients under 18
EMR: Meditech?
Specialization: Primarily Oncology, but comfort in Hematology is preferred

Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic

Requirements:
Board Certification: Required
State License: IMLC or KY
Minimum Experience: 2 years
DEA License: Required

Credentialing Timeframe:
2-3 weeks for temporary privileges (if has a clean history and IMLC license)

Willing to License: Yes, IMLC only
