Position Summary
Hem/Onc Physician needed in AZ

-Schedule: M-Th 8-5, Fri 8-12 ASAP ongoing

-No call

-Patients per day: up to 15

-Clinic coverage but may get hospital consults

-No Procedures

-Typical cases? We treat pretty much everything, although our lung cancers have been going to Phx. because we don’t have Pulmonologist right now.

-Hem/Onc ratio mix? Hem 30%, Onc 70%

-Clinical support? 2 APPs, Rad Onc, Infusion Center onsite, MAs

-The need is full time but they will accept multiple providers to cover. Provider must be able to offer at least 1 week per month
