Hematology/Oncology Physician Needed in Danville, Kentucky

Job description

- Specialty: Hem/Onc MD
- Start Date: ASAP
- Contract Length: 3-6 months, preference is at least 6
- Shift Details: 8a-5p, 40 hours (100% outpatient clinic)
- Schedule: Mon-Fri, (would consider part timer w/ at least two weeks per month)

- Patient population/age: No one under 18 years old, primarily 40-70yrs old
- EMR: Meditech
- Oncology primarily, but they would like to be somewhat comfortable in Hematology.

Requirements:
- Board Certification: Yes
- State license required: KY licensed or willing to license with IMLC
- Minimum experience required: 2 years experience
- DEA required
- Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 weeks
