ASSIGNMENT DETAILS: JO# 2641209
• Location: Anchorage, AK
• Start: January 2025
• Length of commitment: 3-6 months with the option to extend
• Shift Details: 4x10s or 5x10s Mon-Fri 7:30am-4:30pm
• Amount of coverage needed: Locums to perm if desired
• Support staff: 3 FTE MD’s, 1 FTE NP, 1 per diem NP
• Volume: 12-13 patients per day 1hr new consults 30 mins follow ups
• EMR- Cerner now switching to Epic sometime soon
• Facility Description: Level II trauma center, Paper orders/charts for infusion, Potentially doing rounding at hospital located 5 mins away (walking distance)
• Credentialing timeframe: 6-8 weeks typically
• Required: Board Certified, Active AK license,
• Travel, lodging and malpractice covered
