Outpatient Psychiatrist need in Chicago-Metro for Residential Treatment Program
- Adult only w/ Intellectual disabilities and general psych disorders
- BC/BE
- 2 days a week - Prefers Mon/Th 9am-5:30pm
- 6-8 Patients per day -Provider will be "rounding" at each home with a RN - Each home has home staff that are with the patients 24/7 - After provider is done with rounds they will meet with the rest of the providers to discuss each patient and give recommendation for treatment. ** Provider is not actually prescribing**
60 min evaluation for new patients, 45 min evaluation for existing patients, 30 min follow ups
Support staff: Primary MD, Pharmacist, Psychologist or Behavioral Analyst, QIDP, Direct Home Staff
Consult Notes Typed / Progress Notes Handwritten
Covid-19 vaccination required
Initial 6 month commitment
