2 MD/DOs Needed for Skilled Nursing Facilities

Job description

• ASAP START DATE
• Mon - Fri
• 8:30am - 4:30pm with 30 minute unpaid lunch
• Full time preferred
• 3 month assignment with possibility to extend
• 20-25 patients daily - must be able to see 25 ppd
• Duties: rounding, re-certifications, med checks, admissions and discharges
• 1 MD & 1 NP on site
• EMR: Gerimed
• 2-3 weeks credentialing
• Looking for a provider that focuses on relationship building and has a friendly demeanor
