Nursing Home in Vermont looking for a Physician

Job description

Provide quality care to patients in a nursing home setting
Schedule: M-F 8-5 preferred or could consider M-TH 8-5
Procedures Required: Admissions, discharges, acute evaluations, 30 days evaluations
Patient Load: 8-12 patients per day
Must be Board Certified in Family Medicine or General Internal Medicine or Geriatrics
Certifications Required: BLS
Support staff- APP’s and MDs (APP may need to consult with them)
EMR System- Point Click Care and EPIC
