A Geriatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is needed in Castro Valley, CA to join an expanding clinic with a group that is dedicated to providing outstanding care to patients.

• Permanent, full-time position

• Hybrid (part remote, part onsite) role

Qualifications:

• Valid California Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
