We are seeking a dynamic Clinical Physician Director to lead and oversee patient care across multiple facilities, including assisted living centers, skilled nursing facilities, and patient homes. The ideal candidate will balance direct patient interactions, oversight of physician assistants (PAs) and nurse practitioners (NPs), and administrative responsibilities to ensure high-quality patient care and strong relationships with facility staff.
