Position:
• Location: Ft. Myers, Florida
• Specialty: Home Health NP treating patients with polychronic conditions
• Volume: 3+ patient visits daily
• Schedule: M-F 8a - 5p
• Permanent Position
• EMR: Athena

Requirements:
• 2 years experience treating patients with polychronic conditions
• Clean and active FL state NP license
• DEA license
• BLS

Compensation:
• Pay: By phone discussion only
