Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3 months with option for extension
Schedule: 4-5 days/week
PPD: 4-6 Assessments per day - 3 visits guaranteed minimum
EMR: Athena

Travel Logistics:
Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 weeks
