Contract Length: 8 weeks with option to extend
Schedule: 12 hour shifts; at least 14/15 shifts per month
Work details: Level III Trauma

WA License Required
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
