Trauma Level: IV
Credentialing: 3 days after application
Required Procedures: Appendix; Gall Bladders; Hernias; Endoscopy; Colonoscopy; Scopes of determining diagnostics and foreign body removal

License: UT or IMLC
Cert: ACLS;
