Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only
Schedule: Provider will be doing scopes only- 40 scopes per week/ 8-10 daily. Shift times are 740am-330pm. We do prefer that providers can offer at least one week a month.

• Inpatient
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active CA License
· Certifications preferred: FLURO - FLURO is highly preferred in order for the provider to do endoscopies but we will consider candidates that do not have the FLURO or are working on obtaining their FLURO.
· Certifications required: ACLS, BLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days
