The facility operates as a Level 3 trauma center with strong provider support and a structured credentialing process.

Job Details:

• Locum Tenens coverage needed for the following holiday periods:
• 11/26/2026 7a - 11/30/2026 7a
• 12/22/2026 7a - 1/4/2027 7a
• Provide general surgery services with approximately 5 patient encounters per shift
• Perform adult general surgery and trauma surgery as required
• Perform laparoscopic surgery including appendectomy and cholecystectomy
• GI endoscopy experience preferred, including upper and lower endoscopy, sigmoidoscopy, and colonoscopy
• Laser certification preferred
• ACLS and ATLS certifications required
• Must be board certified or board eligible
• Active Arizona license or IMLC required to be considered
• Estimated credentialing timeframe is 60 days
