Position Details
Coverage needed October 9–11 - ongoing coverage
Continuous 24-hour beeper call, 7a–7a
30-minute response time
Call only — no clinic
Inpatient and Emergency Department coverage
Approximately 20 patients seen per 24 hours
Approximately 10 phone consults per 24 hours
Adult patient population
General Surgery, trauma & laparoscopic cases
Procedures include appendectomy, cholecystectomy, hernioplasty, Nissen fundoplication, chest tubes, central lines & vascular access
Cerner EMR
200-bed hospital
Approximately 30-day credentialing
