Start Date: December 2025 or as soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3 month assignment with the option to extend
Schedule: Full Time - 7 on, 7 off schedule

Washington License Required (Aya can assist with licensing)
Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90 days
Aya can assist with medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging!
