Schedule

Shifts: 7a–5p, 7 days a week

Fridays: Split shift to provide outpatient coverage in the General Surgery clinic (9a–12p)

Details: Ongoing shift coverage through 2026; specific assignments will be provided once determined

Facility: St. Joseph Eureka Hospital – Surgery & Trauma Department

Practice Setting: Inpatient + Outpatient

Patients per shift: 8–16

Providers requested: 1

EMR: Epic

Skills: Surgical assisting preferred

Requirements

Board Certification: Required

Licensure: Active CA license only (no IMLC)

DEA: Required

Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, BLS

Credentialing timeframe: 90–120 days
