Requirements:
• Board Certification: Required
• State License: Must hold an active CA license
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS
• DEA License: Required
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of surgical first assist experience
• Patient Age Group: Adult & Geriatric (14+ years)
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days
