• Schedule: 7 on / 7 off (full-time coverage)
• Setting: Inpatient
• Patients per shift: ~20
• Trauma Level: II
• Skills Required: Pediatric surgeries
• EMR: Epic
• License: Active WA or compact (for NPs)
• Credentialing timeframe: ~90 days
