Location: Eureka

Start: July

13-week assignment with the option to extend

Shift: 5, Day (8 Hours) 7:00 - 16:00

Schedule: Work schedule will require 160 hours per month and the days and hours may vary. Clinic schedule days and hours may vary as well but usually a total of 8 hours per week.

Work Details:
· Support staff: Yes
· Patients per shift: 8-16
· Providers Requested: 1
· Trauma Level: 3
· EMR: Epic
· Special procedures: Surgical Assisting Preferred

Practice Setting:
• Inpatient

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active CA License
· Certifications required: ACLS, ATLS, BLS

Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 Days
