Contract Length: 3 months
Work Details:
· Amount of Coverage: Must be available to float to 4 Central Valley centers. in Stockton and 2 in Modesto
· EMR: All scripts
· Patient Population/Age: All ages
· Department Description: Diagnose and treat work-related injuries, perform pre-placement, DOT, public safety, and surveillance physical examinations for varied private companies and governmental agencies. Evaluate and treat urgent care patients on a walk-in basis. Perform in-office procedures, communicate with employers and provide medical Sign up or sign in for contact information and scheduled patients
· Skills Required: Must be comfortable to work autonomously. Must be comfortable with suturing
Practice Setting: Clinic/Private Practice
Requirements:
· Board Certification: BC/BE in primary care or related field
· License Required: Active CA license

• Mon-Fri (full time) 8a-5p, or until last patient is treated
• Must be available to float to 4 Central Valley centers. in Stockton and 2 in Modesto
• Must be DOT certified to be presented. If not DOT certified, must obtain DOT within 60 days of hire.
